Kirk is an awesome service advisor. At one point while he was helping me, he also had 5 other people waiting, He didn't lose his cool. He just smiled and said. Today's a good day. I've had my 2020 blazer for 3 year's now. This is the only place I will bring my car to get serviced. Both advisors and technicians are very polite and helpful. Even now that I've moved to woodland hills I still drive out to this location because the service is excellent. Keep up the good work!!

Well was disappointed that I had an appointment scheduled at 11:00am and I received my car back at 2:00pm . A three hour wait is not convenient when you have an appointment! Will I choose to go to this location again. Not sure it is far from we’re I live and to think about waiting this long with an appointment is not what a first time customer wants. I seen several others arrive after me and were gone before me.

I contacted Steve Johnson after my tire pressure monitor system indicated one of the tires wasn’t reading. It was about a week and half before I was leaving town with my travel trailer in tow, so we needed the problem fixed quickly. We don’t want to tow when there are tire issues. He was able to schedule me right away and fix the issue prior to my family leaving town for a long weekend. The truck performed well throughout the trip and I am again thankful Steve Johnson and the technicians were able to get the job done.

Right away I could tell my personal belongings had been gone through. Center console and hidden safe behind screen had gone through. $200 dollars was stolen out of my vehicle. Before leaving the location, I went back inside and I notified the service advisor about the incident, then about three hours later, he sent me a text message saying they would look into the loss and get back to me with an update. It has been more than three weeks and I still have yet to hear about my loss or a solution. I have never had any issues while having my vehicle serviced at this location. I am a loyal customer and at this time of visit I spent $1430.

1st, the service department is very unprofessional and unorganized. When you walk in, nobody cares to greet you or ask if they can help you. This time around we brought it back due to improper battery installment which gave us a check engine light the same day of installment. It also. Caused a short on our alternator, mirrors to move out of program, phone doc charger doesn't charge phones and 120v plug doesn't work with our car vacuum anymore. Reza the service manager , Steve Johnson where very respectful and tried there very best to help us. Reza offered changing the mirror actuator which he said he can't guarantee a fix but he's will to help us out to take care of us. We agreed. Scheduled appointment. The replaced it. Picked up vehicle with the same issues. We agreed Reza would look into a solution and give me a call back at a later time. I did a quick walk around the car. Drove it to work 6-8mn away. Parked it, checked the outside again and on the passenger door there's a good size scratch on the door. As I mentioned to reza every dealership ive ever tooken my chevrolet vehicles to after the 1st time the issues always show. Ive never found a chvrolet dealer ship that holds the "dealer" standard. The front is strong but the back never keeps the integrity. Ive owned nothing but chevrolet vehicles my entire life. I just don't understand why this keeps happening.

I had to leave my NEW car for 1 week to have a defective part replaced. I was not expecting to wait on my car that long. Auto Nation did offer a rental car for free. That's the least they could do for a new vehicle. I also had a service representative and I expected to be updated. Unfortunately when I texted my to inquire about my car, it took him 1-2 days to respond. I hope when I have to go back for service, I can have a better experience. I own a 2003 Trailblazer that is the best car I've ever owned. It has over 350,000 miles and is still going strong. I'm praying my new car lasts at least 10 years. They don't make them like they used to.

Service tech Kenneth doesn’t know what he’s doing. I asked for oil, filter and lube and he said he thought the lube was the oil. I asked for the 75000 mile service and he first gave me a multi point inspection and tried to sell me windshield wipers. I told him the 75k service included that, I showed him on my phone and he stared at my phone for 5 min. When I picked up my truck, he told me there were things on the 75k service that they didn’t do. Then he told me they set my oversized tires to factory specs. I did not leave feeling confident that I got the service I requested. I’ve been bringing my truck here for a few years, now I’ll be looking to go elsewhere.

Took vehicle in June 2025. They thought it was the battery, so we got a new one. Wasn’t the issue. After more testing, decided it was the battery cables. Took the car back home because we needed it. Cables were supposedly ordered at the beginning of July. Took 2 months to get them in. No updates that whole time. I had to call most of the time, but our service advisor, Lorenzo would not call us back, nor would the service manager, Reza. Very difficult to get updates, and very disappointed it took so long. Finally got Kenny to help us. Super disappointed that a larger discount was given on something that shouldn’t have to be replaced in the first place, especially in a car with just 57k miles. Only had the dealership fix it in case it wasn’t actually the issue. Will never take my car back to that dealership. And will for sure take non-warranty issues to a random repair shop. Terrible customer service (except Kenny).

It's quite unreasonable to have to wait that long to have a car checked and a 12v battery replaced. I always take my car there for service, maybe I need to look elsewhere.

Purchasing the Tahoe of my dreams from AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia couldn't have been any easier! I searched high and low for a 2026 Tahoe Z71 3.0 Diesel in Summit White for weeks. I was able to locate this unicorn via an online search and quickly called AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia and talked to Dan C. Within a few minutes he explained it was in pre-delivery status and would be delivered to the dealership in 3 weeks or less. After a couple of hours and multiple phone calls/texts back and fourth, I agreed on the provided purchase price and submitted a deposit. To my surprise, Dan texted me less than a week later to inform me the Tahoe was at their dealership! A week later we drove over 100 miles from our house in San Diego County to pick up the shinny new Chevy at the agreed to price! I would do it again! Brough my truck in for a transmission diagnostic. They had my truck for almost a week before I received the bad news about my transmission failure. My truck only has 78,000 miles on it,. They really did not seem interested in helping me in anyway with the manufacturer > paid them $250 and picked up my truck. What a waste of my time. I am very disappointed in how the whole experience was handled.

I have been a loyal customer at Valencia Auto Nation since 2020 when I purchased my Chev Blazer. I have had ALL my mechanical work done at Auto Nation. I currently have an extended warranty. Kirk Whisman is my service advisor and has been very good with me and my car. The last recent visit was on the subpar side. My right front headlight was nearly burned out and I need a new light. I also was told my car battery was not charging as it should. I mentioned that I was pretty sure that I had purchased a battery a couple of years prior at Auto Nation. Maintenance records did not show a past battery service. The extended warranty would not cover my headlight or battery. The cost for the headlight would be in the $500 range and the light would have to be ordered. The battery was replaced for around $400. I checked with a local mechanic that I had used in the past with other cars. He is very good and trustworthy. He checked into the headlight replacement which included a GM replacement light. His cost would be in the $300 range. When I got home I checked my personal maintenance records and found that I had purchased a new battery two years prior. I gave the prior battery record to Kirk, he said he would look into it. I have made a decision to let my private mechanic install a new headlight at the lower cost which would save me $150 to $200. My Blazer is a little over 5 years old and has about 86,000 miiles on it. So, thats my story from Tuesday, Dec2.

There’s always an issue at this service center but the most recent visit sealed the deal for me. My car was dropped off because the check engine light was on. I called and made an appointment days before hand. Drop off was easy but about an hour before closing on my appointment day I hadn’t heard anything so I called the dealership multiple times and never got an answer so I started driving over. On my way to the dealership to check on my car, I was texted and told to come pick it up because they unfortunately didn’t have a chance to check it out that day (although I did have an appointment) but then when I get there to pick up my car maybe 10 minutes later, I’m told that they actually did look at it and that I shouldn’t drive it and I would be given a rental the following day. What occurred next was 2 and a half weeks of stress caused by my service advisor joes inability to keep me or the rental company updated on the status of the car. There were 2 occasions where I was contacted by hertz and told I was being charged for the rental as Chevy had failed to extend the rental window all though my car was still in the shop. Both times I reached out to Joe and explained exactly how inconvenient it was to be incurring these charges even if they were temporary. When my car was ready I was instructed by Joe to bring rental car to him and he would handle it. At pick up I asked what was done to my car and what caused the issue and Joe told me he never reads the paperwork he gives his customers and really doesn’t know “sometimes things just break” but he highlighted a section of the notes from a tech that I could read up on. That was comforting. The cherry on top came 4 days AFTER I thought the whole ordeal was over when hertz called me to let me know the rental car was currently outstanding and I was again accruing late fees. I immediately contacted Joe who informed me that I should calm down as all charges were pending and to let me know that unfortunately the rental car was currently missing as it’s not at the dealership. How do you tell a customer that the car she is being charged for, that she gave the keys to you four days ago, is now missing?? Soon after I offered to come find the rental car myself it was found, still at the Chevy dealership, and promptly returned to hertz. What did service advisor Joe have to say to all of this, over text none the less?? “Please don’t blast me on the survey ?? I will make it up to you next time” safe to say I will never step foot in that dealership again. Service or sales.

Service advisors are friendly and professional, but could improve in communication and follow up. During the initial days of service I had to follow up and request updates including the arrangement of a rental vehicle. After expressing my frustration, I was transferred to Isabella who took over my service request and was much better at keeping me informed. It seems that auto repairs that fall within warranty period are placed on the back burner in comparison to repairs which require payment from the customer. Just my opinion based on past experience at the Chevy Valencia.

The worst experience 3 times. There is never a manager on sight I took my car which is brand new still only 8 months old to get fixed and they gave it back said everything was fine finally technician came out and figured out what was going on. Told me they had to order the part. I get a text the part arrived so scheduled my car to go in so it could be fixed drop it off and then am called because the part was not there. I live 25 min from the dealership this is not professional at all.

December 31st 2025, It was raining all day but we felt we would get the best deal if we purchessed are new Tahoe before the end of the month. I first met are salesman in mid summer, it was really hot so my wife was not interisted in walking around the dealership. I hade been looking at the Tahoes for a while and shoped around in other citys. I finily walked around in the rain looking at what was on the lot and toke a few photos to shair with my wife. We decided on a spicific Tahoe and i contactected Holden or Salesman and spelled out what i wanted and ask him to provied me with the out the door price for the spicific vehicle i was interisted in. I responded with a number that I thought was fair and we came to an agreement. Holen is a top ntch salesmen and should a lot of class, he was quick to respond to all our questions and also pulled out 3 additional vehicles for us to look at even though it was raining out there, It was a great experinance even with it being new years eve.
