There’s no complaints towards service advisor Lorenzo Garcia. The issue is on the type of service I received for my car. The summary bill I got said tire rotation was done but in fact it was not done. The way I noticed is my front right rim has a scratch prior to the service and when I checked the tires after the service I noticed that my front right rim still had the scratch. This for me devalues the trust I have in having my car serviced. If I take my car in again for service what guarantee do I have that whatever service reason I take my car in was actually done.
